The Namibia government has turn grade 9 into a national examination.No more grade 10 to be national examination. Most learners reach grade 10 with 16 or 17 years old. And most of the time they are not allowed to repeat the grade 10 because they turn 18 years old and the other excuse is that the grade 10 classes are full. Alot they went Namibia college of learning but never make it back to school. Why? Because they expose to the world good and bad activity but some made back to school. If you change grade 9 to national examination, we will have youngest school drop out with 15 and 16 years old. Remember if you amend the act or any law in country constitution there will be side effects. If this 15 or 16 or 17 years old fail grade 9 and the schools don't want to take them back in school. If voters in the country create one party system, whereby a party rule more then 20 years. At the later stage that long serve party become the mother of corruption. They use their intelligent gents to make any person disappear, if he or she tries to tell the truth or disagree with them. The wage of power, you become wicket. You will tell yourself that I am doing for the good of the country but the truth you are trying to protect yourself. If you let one party system continue, it's like have a cancer in your body but you don't want to go for treatment at hospital. African voters let your voices count.
