Government official and ministries will continuous failing in term fight corruption because. In most African countries a person can be a minister more then 10 to 15 years, you can not let a person be minister for that long because that position is to expose to corruption. Ministers are handling everything from give tenders and handling money of government in their ministries. This why minister must serve five years and no need to be reappointed, because if stay for more then 5 years he or she will find a way to steal money or someone in private sector will offer him money for his company to get a tender. If we really want to fight corruption in African countries, let the directors or CEO of organisation such as human right and Anti-corruption be voted in free and fair election. This goes to all African voters never let one party govern your country for more then ten years, because the habit of corruption begin if someone set comfortable in the office and Knowingly that the next term his party will rule. After have one party in power for long, later the party become power hungry. Whereby the political party interfering with election and even with trail proceeding at court. You will hear suspicious death of CEO or directors of the parastatal companies. You must know that, political party which have gave you independence, has turn into power hungry party (a wild-dog). Why? because they knew if the loss election, whatever they did in past and in dark will come out. The Namibia government has turn grade 9 into a national examination.No more grade 10 to be national examination. Most learners reach grade 10 with 16 or 17 years old. And most of the time they are not allowed to repeat the grade 10 because they turn 18 years old and the other excuse is that the grade 10 classes are full. Alot they went Namibia college of learning but never make it back to school. Why? Because they expose to the world good and bad activity but some made back to school. If you change grade 9 to national examination, we will have youngest school drop out with 15 and 16 years old. Remember if you amend the act or any law in country constitution there will be side effects. If this 15 or 16 or 17 years old fail grade 9 and the schools don't want to take them back in school.
