If voters in the country create one party system, whereby a party rule more then 20 years. At the later stage that long serve party become the mother of corruption. They use their intelligent gents to make any person disappear, if he or she tries to tell the truth or disagree with them. The wage of power, you become wicket. You will tell yourself that I am doing for the good of the country but the truth you are trying to protect yourself. If you let one party system continue, it's like have a cancer in your body but you don't want to go for treatment at hospital. African voters let your voices count.

Government official and ministries will continuous failing in term fight corruption because. In most African countries a person can be a minister more then 10 to 15 years, you can not let a person be minister for that long because that position is to expose to corruption. Ministers are handling everything from give tenders and handling money of government in their ministries. This why minister must serve five years and no need to be reappointed, because if stay for more then 5 years he or she will find a way to steal money or someone in private sector will offer him money for his company to get a tender. If we really want to fight corruption in African countries, let the directors or CEO of organisation such as human right and Anti-corruption be voted in free and fair election.
